Pneumatic Pumps

Compressed air driven piston pumps use large area air-driven piston connected to small-area hydraulic piston, to convert compressed air into hydraulic power. The pumps are designed to provide an economical, compact and portable source of hydraulic pressure.

Refrigerant Pumps

Pneumatically driven, positive displacement, two stage pump with plenty of leverage to condense the common refrigerant without a condenser. Pump the liquid first, then the vapor, then vacuum to 23"-27" HG. Operates from an air hose like an air tool.

For R-11*, R-12, R-22, R-114,134A, R-500, and R-502 refrigerants.

Aluminum and Stainless Steel Wetted Section Metals. Drive seals are Buna. Pump seals are Neoprene and PTFE [Buna optional for R-11, F-113. Add -2 after model number (e.g. 56015-2)].

Gas Boosters

Haskel International air and Hydraulic-driven gas boosters will provide pressure up to 39,000 psi.  These boosters offer a flexible and efficient source for delivering high pressure gases, are used for virtually all known gases and are ideal for gas pressure increases, high pressure gas transference, cylinder charging, and scavenging.

 

Pneumatic Driven Gas Boosters - AG Series
Pneumatic driven AG gas boosters are designed with high pressure gas seals for optimal seal performance at pressure ranges above 5,000 psi (345 bar). Supplied as a Single Stage/Single Acting, Single Stage/Double Acting, or Two Stage design. Over 55 models with flow rates from 0 to 100+ SCFM and pressures from 0 to 39,000 PSI.

AG - Single Acting Single Stage Gas Booster Models

Single Acting Single Stage AG boosters are the smallest and lightest with pressure capabilities up to 39,000 psi.

AGD - Single Stage Double Acting Gas Booster Models

Double Acting Single Stage �AGD� boosters pump twice the volume of a Single Acting, Single Stage Booster per cycle and require less air drive.

AGT Two Stage Gas Booster Models

Two-Stage �AGT� boosters provide efficient means of boosting to a high gas compression ratio since the ratio per stage is low.

Multi Stage Gas Booster

Two or more boosters plummed in parrallel then in series.

Hydraulic Driven Gas Booster Systems

Economical gas booster system based on an open frame L-shaped hydraulic power supply and offers the following:

Air Pressure Amplifiers

Air Driven Air Amplifier - Haskel air driven air pressure amplifiers are automatically cycling simple ratio pumps utilizing a large area air drive piston(s) directly connected to small area pumping piston(s) to produce boosted (amplified) air (or nitrogen) output pressures.

Single acting, single stage air pressure amplifier with pressure outputs up to 600 psi (41 bar).

AA Series Air Amplfier

Single acting, single stage are pressure amplifier with pressure outputs 4,500 psi (310 bar). Maximum outlet pressure area ratio x drive pressure.

AAD Series Air Amplifiers

Haskel System Components

Stainless Steel Check Valves

Constructed of 316 Stainless Steel for high corrosion resistance essential in the chemical, processing and power generating industries.

Air Pilot Switches

Pressure switch that produces a pneumatic signal up to 150 psi at any sensing pressure within their adjustment range. The signal valve may be piped normallyopen, normally closed, 3-way, or 2-way depending on the model.

Air Operated Release Valves

Air Operated control and release valves with a seated poppet or ball design for virtually zero leakage at high pressures with low viscosity fluids. They are not �bubble-tight� on gas. Normally open models will generally hold a tighter seal on low viscosity liquid or gas because seating force does not depend on inlet pressure.

Regulating Relief Valves

For accurate regulation of high pressure at low flow without the �chatter� often encountered with valves of this size. They are differential area poppet design with a high ratio between seal and seat area for smooth control, repeatability and low deadband between crack and reseat pressure.

Hydraulic Accumulators and Gas Receivers

Hydraulic accumulators for use with Haskel high pressure hydraulic pumps.  Will store large amounts of energy. Suitable for mineral base oils and DC-200 silicon oil. Suitable seals can be furnished on special order for phosphate-ester base liquids. Gas receivers are designed for use with Haskel gas booster compressors and as backup gas storage for Haskel accumulators. Suitable for non-corrosive gases (helium, argon, nitrogen, etc.)

Filters

Designed as the final protection with gas boosters handling purified gases, or liquid pumps handlign pre-filtered clean liquids.

Plenum Chambers

Small tubular all AISI 300 series stainless steel. Used in air amplifier and gas booster assemblies to dampen pulsation between stages.
